Service Description
We provide a trainer at your workplace to conduct a customised training session. Your staff training at our venues for a private, customised session (minimum numbers apply) To BOOK A PRIVATE WORKPLACE SLOT , simply select a course type from the drop down menus below. Dates available for private sessions for that course will be revealed for you to choose from. Or you can select All and click on a highlighted date to reveal all courses available on that date. When booking into your private course you will have two delivery methods to choose from - Blended, or Online with Face to Face Assessment. Details of these delivery methods are listed below. Importantly, each delivery method has elements that will appeal to different student groups and and it is important that you consider what approach would best suit your needs. ++ Blended Training ++ Students complete some online learning prior to the face to face training and assessment. All topics are covered in the face to face session along with all assessment elements. This delivery method is the most popular as it suits all learner types and strikes a balance between course duration and classroom-based learning. ++ Online Training with Face to Face Assessment++ This delivery method is best suited to returning students that are confident in learning online. All the knowledge content of the training is delivered through our online learning system (Training Desk) and the theory component of the assessment is completed online, prior to a face to face practical assessment. It is essential that students have access to a reliable computer and internet access. If you require further clarification. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Courses We understand that sometimes situations change, and courses may need to be cancelled. Our cancellation policy is: Client cancels course with greater than 2 business days’ notice – no cancellation fee applies Client cancels course with less than 2 business days’ notice and prior to training – 50% cancellation fee applies Client cancels course on the day of training, or does not give notice of cancelled course – full course fee applies If Triple A First Aid is required to cancel a course the customer will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to a course on another date. Triple A First Aid is not liable for any costs incurred by our client e.g. employee wages if a course is cancelled for any reason. If the client cancels a course and travel expenses have already been incurred by Triple A First Aid, the client will be required to pay for these expenses. To cancel a course, please ensure that you email AND phone us as soon as possible to ensure that we can cancel the training with the scheduled trainer and assessor. This cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless there is a formal contract in place that differs from this.
